Meet Jose Miori, President and Managing Broker at Urban Select Realty
Jose, can you please tell us about yourself?
I was born in Argentina and lived in several countries before landing in South Florida in 2008. Since then, I started investing in Real Estate and in 2012 I got my license. I opened my own brokerage in 2014. I have helped numerous sellers sell their properties for high net value and I manage residential and vacation rentals. Our company holds a Vacation Rental license as well.
How did you get into Real Estate in South Florida?
After years as a Director of professional services, I decided to start my own company and leverage my expertise and connections.

In general still an opportunity for sellers except in areas with an excess of construction.
