Hi Eyal!
Please tell us about yourself:
I’m 34 years old and I have been living in south Florida in the past four years. I am a Realtor in Florida (Nadlan in Miami LLC), broker in Israel and I hold an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from Tel Aviv university, I specialize in finding great real estate deals for my investors all around the globe.
How did you get into the Real Estate market in South Florida?
I managed a brokerage office in Tel Aviv, Israel and my partner was a business person from Miami, he convinced me that in the Florida’s real estate market-the sky is not even the limit. I moved here with my Israeli experience and now I see that he was 100% right. This is a heaven for real estate investors.
Which areas do you particularly like to work in, and what is your connection to these areas?
I both live and work in Hallandale Beach. Beforehand, I lived in Aventura, and I also love Hollywood Beach and North Miami Beach. My areas of work are all around north Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
What are your credentials?
I just received my pilot license and now working now on my broker license which is the highest level of license you can get in real estate in Florida.
What is the unique value that you provide to your customers?
I am great at marketing which helps me as a listing agent serve my sellers, and I also specialize in negotiation which is perfect for my buyers who always look for great under-market deals.
How do you foresee 2020 trends of the Real Estate Market in South Florida?
I believe that high-end condos (for example in Sunny Isles Beach) will not raise in their value as supply keeps growing and there’s not enough demand for that at this point, however the multifamily market will go up as it is a very desirable product for all the new foreign investors who come to Florida and always in need to park their money
